Hi, I’m Astrid, the heart and mind behind bambooo.movement.
My life is driven by a passion for understanding people, emotions, and how we can thrive both personally and professionally. Born into a family of entrepreneurs, I chose to work for a global corporation. With 25 years of business experience across various roles, my true calling lies at the intersection of human connection, leadership, self-discovery, and business transformation.
Inspired by thought leaders, neuroscientist, quantum physics, as well as yogic masters, I take a holistic approach that blends modern science with ancient wisdom. I also draw from spiritual traditions, astrology and breathwork, creating environments where people thrive emotionally, ethically, and with purpose, passionately embracing what they do.
I am unwavering in treating others with kindness and respect. My mantra? Never give up, and always find opportunities in every challenge.
With a Master in Business Administration and over a decade of experience in business ethics, I’ve learned that leadership- more than strategy—it’s about heart. I’m also a Coach, Kundalini Yoga teacher and Reiki healer, using energy and intuition to guide others toward personal and professional breakthroughs.
On a personal note, I’m a mother of three bravehearts, raised in Spain and now living in Germany. My life is full of passion—whether through sports, painting, music, nature or exploring new cultures. I’m inspired by the world around me and the lessons it teaches.
My aim is to give the bravehearts I’ve met along the way a voice and a platform, while co-creating with them the society we live in. With resilience and wisdom, they shape their environments and businesses—bending without breaking, grounded yet reaching for the sky.

Hi, I’m Julian, seeking stability in a life that needs to change constantly. When nothing is fixed: neither personality, nor a business model, nor organizational structures: orientation comes from within: I embrace this constant change with joy.
As a strategist, Zen practitioner and philosophy student, I love dissecting the complexity and putting the pieces back together in a way that allows everything to flow again, creating impactful value to my customers. I am convinced: with a brave attitude we can face challenges and move mountains - they are not fixed either.

Hi, I’m Neal - I have been painting and observing bamboo for more than a decade. I am fascinated by the sacred geometry of bamboo. Bamboo grows in spiral towards the son, and so do we as humans. Whenever you walk through a bamboo forest, you can experience the calmness and peace this sonic geometry reflects. Leaving you with peace inside and creating space for growth.
As a passionate artist I try to capture this structure and calmness in my paintings. Bending without breaking. For myself, more than the outcome it is the path we walk and the journey that matters.
